I have had really good service when I needed to have my unit serviced
Intoxalock was unable to provide my technician the right code/wires to complete my interlock. It should have taken him one day to install everything which turned into 3 days without my car. Tech support from intoxalock was no help to him, but he figured out a way to get it installed over time.
Awesome Autos - Tried to steal our car, put garbage on my grandsons pants and shirt because he got mad that my grandson tipped over his garbage, swore at me when I called about the car, didn’t install correctly, didn’t have change so kept an extra $20, only takes cash…very shady.
