I would leave a zero if I could. It is next to impossible to reach a live person. They don’t notify you when you can remove the equipment. I have been locked out twice while having maintenance done and I had followed all directions and called several times because I knew they would lock me out in error. I had the equipment removed the day a payment was pending a payment for the following two weeks. Not happy.with this intoxalock I have a auto payment every 2 wks and now I gotta pay for the month , I don't always look at my bank account just assumed y'all was taking it out 🤔
