The installer was very nice explained everything however the person in charge of the phone whether it’s a receptionist or whomever called me and threatened me while I was on the road because I could not talk to her I kept hanging up because I can’t talk on the phone and operate the machine at the same time what’s more in New Jersey? You’re not allowed to talk on the phone when you’re in a car Because I have an old car it does not accommodate the Voicemail that most cars today accommodate she was rude nasty and threatened me.... read more
Excellent service
This device is crap. Never worked properly from day 1. Device would say I missed a blow when I did not every single time I reset the device the same day I would get the same violation. Customer service would not help me with the issue and I spent over $1000.00 in fines for violations I did not do. I called a ton of times trying to get help with the problem and never did. Use any other company!
Since I, unfortunately, have to have one I chose this one, and getting used to it but, based on some recommendations I picked this one
