Sent all the wrong paperwork to the installation place. Wasn’t able to speak with anyone from New Jersey. Was directed to someone in a call center overseas. Was back and forth for hours before was resolved. Horrible experience
Mr Bill, the owner is very helpful, pays attention to detail, and appears to be a straight shooter kind of guy. His workers are courteus and very professional, and even jovial at times and helpful with questions, just like their boss, Mr. Bill Klatt.
Terrible customer service. Once you have their product installed, you are sub-human. You will get no answers to any questions, God help you if you need to have your vehicle serviced, and good luck getting it removed after your time has been served, because their cyber security is such a dumpster fire that they were down for two weeks and people who needed their regular calibrations were stuck with bricked cars and expensive towing bills. Seriously, choose literally any company other than this one.
