Terrible customer service. Once you have their product installed, you are sub-human. You will get no answers to any questions, God help you if you need to have your vehicle serviced, and good luck getting it removed after your time has been served, because their cyber security is such a dumpster fire that they were down for two weeks and people who needed their regular calibrations were stuck with bricked cars and expensive towing bills. Seriously, choose literally any company other than this one.
