Got my vin wrong and have not fixed can't get my permit and paying for a machine that does not even being used . Horrible. I have to change my opinion. They called me he fixed it and apologize for the delays and things. Plus gave me some money off .because we'll im still not using it till I get my learners ! Would have given “0” but couldn’t! Paid for 7/1 Installed 7/2 RMV has Nothing from Intoxalock 7/3 RMV has No notice from Intoxalock 7/5 11 hours at the Massachusetts RMV As of 7/8 told by Intoxalock to wait another 24 hours before returning to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles
