You know I appericate everyone that has helped me in the last 2 and a half years. Never once did I have a rude person or felt like I wasnt being treated right. You all were so darn helpful and kind, so it made these last few years go buy. It feels weird not having it in my car LOL but also nice that I got through a super hard time in my life. ADVICE - Stay away! worst customer service and reliability! have gone thru 3 service centers.... always the same story.... intoxilock doesn't pay their bills to their service providers... not a big surprixe... they are the worst on ALL fronts... get out of business!
Rigs to rods was awesome
The install went fine. Since I got the install I haven't been able to start my car because of my COPD! I didn't know this Intoxalock was such a crappy unit that would make you jump through 15,000 hoops! I normally don't have a problem with my breathing but even AFTER taking my nebulizer medicine I STILL couldn't get my car started!! Now I have to jump through hoops to get the state to approve Rigs to Rods to recalibrate the device so I can drive my car. Support is very good on this product. It is pretty easy to use. I could see where someone with respiratory issues would have a problem with it, but if you do not have any problems like that, it works just fine.
