i'm trying to fix a post from my other web site.( Rose Marceau) . Intoxalock called and gave me a number to call from now on. also let me say that westside tire and auto are great to deal with. they have nothing to do with the review that intoxalock had gotten.
they are terrible to deal with .automated phone answering can't get to a person . phone hangs up on you .i called 3 different numbers they are all the same recording.
I have spoken to numerous agents regarding calibration. My son is a voluntary user and should need to calibrate every 180 days. He has been required to calibrate every month for 4 months. I have been assured 4 times that this will change on his account, but it has not. I am very disappointed and will not use this company again. I will also try to get the contract discontinued as the company has not lived up to the agreement.
