Intoxalock customers go elsewhere! My initial installation I was told by intoxalock to be there for installation so they can show me how the machine works. I get there anticipating on there being a waiting area, as I had no problem waiting an hour or two for installation. The girl said " oh you need to drop it off, they said they called you to to drop it off". I never received a phone call or a voicemail.
