Just to start a new account and switch equipment to a new vehicle I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service with a total of having to make 6 different calls. I was told by Jose in switching to a different vehicle that it was approved. My mechanic said he had not received the new work order so I am now back on the phone on your customer service line. Geez get your systems in order and train your customer service staff!
