Abilene Diesel has been great! Intoxalock as a company has been the worst! Can't ever get a hold of anyone when I have issues. Seriously thinking about switching companys
Abilene Diesel has been great, my issue is with intoxalock, can't seem to ever get an actual person on the phone without spending an hour calling every different number they've got
The girl that helped us was good. But I'm annoyed that as soon as we left the device started saying "turn back key' and nobody seems to know why. It was MY charge that prompted the device being instantly in our vehicle, I have not driven a vehicle since June, my license is not eligible to be reinstated till October and I will not drive until then (I'm ok with being a passenger princess) I'm still upset with the place we had the intoxalock installed, I feel like all they want is $$ (abilene diesel performance) but the intoxal... read more
