Jodi B. has been the most helpful and kind person I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. From the first few minutes on our first call, Jodi has gone out of her way to help me figure things out. She even touched base with me to let me know she was leaving for the day, but would continue working on my case the following day. She has shown compassion, and I never felt judged or alone in this crazy process. Kindness goes a long way, and Jodi truly left an impression.
The humans at this location are very helpful and nice, surprisingly pleasant to deal with. If this was a review for the staff in Arden then it would be 5 stars. The one star is just a warning, avoid using Intoxalock at all costs. They have put me in a situation where the device has ruined my car, but I’m not allowed to pay to have it worked on. Terrible, tons of hidden fees and they over charge on tax. Their monthly fee is also twice a month
Mo at the Asheville office of Interlock is absolutely incredible! He is so kind and patient and compassionate. He took a lot of time teaching me about the unit and making sure that I was comfortable with it. Such a great guy! If you find yourself in some kind of trouble, Mo will make you feel (slightly) better about your problems. Five for Mo!!!!
