I literally just got my device calibrated and I'm at work I just did a retest and it said passed and my horn and alarm literally just went off I'm not sure how long this device has been faulty by my whole year experience I've been getting charged for faulty equipment having to pay to keep my car on basically I have not been reimbursed nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone about this the technicians tell me to call the 1800 number and I did and was on whole for 2 hours before someone came on with a not so welcoming... read more

This is a perfect example of real support. The 2 guys were super knowledgeable about everything. Plus they treated you with respect. You can't say enough about them thanks again guys keep up the great work.

The two guys that work at this location are the best! Was traveling when my system crashed (I thought) turns out it was a disconnected wire under the dash. The had me rolling agin in no time. Thanks a lot you guys. You really made my trip. Was at another location a few hours before and they couldn't give me two minutes of their time.

I am so happy with how everything went! I have bad anxiety and so I had a ton of questions. They were all answered and I felt much better by the time I left. Installation was much faster than I expected. The whole process was great, from when I walked in the door to the time I left the parking lot.
