Ken at Atlantic Wireless was professional and patient with me in the use of the device as well as helped instruct me again a few days later.
UPDATE: I am now eligible for device removal. When you are paying them or signing up, you get someone on the phone right away. When you need it removed, you are on eternal hold. I called 5 times have the removal work order sent to my service center. I was kept on hold for up to 30 minutes on 3 of the 5 calls and eventually hung up. What a joke. The box itself is old and junk and their customer service is absolutely Ridiculous. Be smart. Do not make my mistake. Find another provider. UPDATE…but first a little perspective.
