UPDATE: I am now eligible for device removal. When you are paying them or signing up, you get someone on the phone right away. When you need it removed, you are on eternal hold. I called 5 times have the removal work order sent to my service center. I was kept on hold for up to 30 minutes on 3 of the 5 calls and eventually hung up. What a joke. The box itself is old and junk and their customer service is absolutely Ridiculous. Be smart. Do not make my mistake. Find another provider. UPDATE…but first a little perspective. Daniel from customer service at intoxalock dud a great job rectifying my contract and getting my device calibrated properly. He was very kind and patient. He was able solve several issues.
