This service center is great ! Intoxalock sent substandard materials and he was very unhappy about it but did the installation and it was a disaster not his fault....I'm going to have to take it back to him an hr and a half from me and have it replaced because this company doesn't take care of thier customers! But the service center certainly did@!! A+ to the service center F- to intoxalock
