They were fast and good
This review is not about the repair place that installed it, but rather the Interlock representatives that contacted me. Before installation, I was literally inundated with repeat calls trying to get me scheduled and the device installed, by both Kenny Baca and Diana Alcarez. I was told that, once installed, Kenny would call be to go over basic instructions and questions. This did not happen. I have called Kenny Baca four times and left voicemails asking for a few minutes of his time to answer my questions about the device. ... read more
