Horrible, gross company. Got mine installed over 4 months ago, the company has still not sent in the required paperwork and they refuse to work with me in any way. 100% inept and have no expertise or knowledge whatsoever. They also will not refund me even though they haven't done the things I've paid for. STAY AWAY FROM INTOXALOCK THEY ARE THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
