This Review is in regards to the 1 Star review from Evando Ananias. I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Intoxalock, but I would like clarify some things. The first thing I would like clarify is that you have never been to SoReal Sounds for any service so this review should be posted towards Intoxalock directly or the service center you actually dealt with. The worse company ever. DO NOT INSTALL ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT IN YOUR CAR, they damaged my car, refused to pay for it. I had installed it in my car for one month and I had to tow my car more than 6 times in that period. Worse customer service. I had to fight with them for everything. THE WORSE EVER. DON'T DO IT!!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR.
