Great customer service, quick service, very helpful with questions I had.
The staff at D & R Intensive Car Care are always courteous. After receiving a court order to install the Intoxalock in my vehicle over a year ago, I was embarrassed and ashamed of the installation. The mechanics at D & R treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. Brionna and Shelby at the front desk are amazing! They are both welcoming and supportive during my calibration appointments. Today, I'm happy for my sobriety, the freedom to drive with the interlock device, and for D & R for making the process bearable.
