I have left written messages through the app with no response multiple times. Online chat option appears to be no longer available. The customer service phone number isn't in the online portal or the app. I keep getting the run around on a re-imbursement, I've called at least three times over the phone. Update: This review actually got my issue resolved after much effort. Which is and was appreciated, though stressful. Until this debacle I have had good experiences so I am changing my review to 3 stars.

Technician installed my device, after a day or so I try to use my windshield washer and noticed no fluid was coming out which I knew I had fluid due to just had an oil change. I lifted my hood to inspect washer nozzle was cut. My washer nozzle is located side by side to my device wires that was installed. Of course technician denied he cut nozzle. The technician slide a piece of rubber over my nozzle to fix the problem but from time to time that rubber comes off which is a big headache when I need to use washer fluid to clea... read more
Spelled my name incorrect. When I called back with questions put on hold then didn't call back. Location sent me to install the machine held my car almost 2 days. I'm not happy with your company.
