Kristina was great and very helpful 👍, quick to get me in. Good job. Eddie at h&h auto, I made a friend for life there,good job there also. Been with em 1 yr now, unclear on necessary steps to get device removed with info on app. Vanessa at h&h explained in full detail all yr long, very helpful 👏 👌 👍. 1 yr customer, not very well pleased with service, response from intoxalock performance, not individuals just the layout itself, product was not very reliable, unnecessary lockouts due to unreliable product.
Had issue with blower took five hours that day even with appointment
