Customer service was terrible. The device doesn’t work properly which caused violations that were invalid. Any violation causes a 30 day extension by DMV. Unfair practices. The cost is excessive. . Most people can’t even afford it. The state of CT should investigate all these agencies. Very sad. Don’t use this company.
They were very good kind and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable
Had to install an IID, great place didn’t mess up the car at all to get it installed.
