It is almost impossible to get through to customer service. But after being put in contact with Patricia she has worked diligently to resolve my issues. I do appreciate her attention to these matters
They will answer your call if you are a new customer but once your phone number is logged you can not get through for support. I have waited over an hr on multiple occasions. I am going to take the unit out and dump it off at the service center and go with a different company. It is an absolute waste of money if its not reporting correctly
