Please take them off your list of businesses that can install the Intoxalock device. They told me it would only take a few hour’s to get it installed but they lied and it took 3 days. When i eventually picked up the vehicle they refused to teach me how to use it and I had to learn through the videos you guys sent in the emails. I’m not exaggerating, I will be changing to another shop for when I need to recalibrate the device. Thank you for allowing me to rate them.
It is almost impossible to get through to customer service. But after being put in contact with Patricia she has worked diligently to resolve my issues. I do appreciate her attention to these matters
They will answer your call if you are a new customer but once your phone number is logged you can not get through for support. I have waited over an hr on multiple occasions. I am going to take the unit out and dump it off at the service center and go with a different company. It is an absolute waste of money if its not reporting correctly
