Terrible service!!! This company TOTALLY Bamboozled me! $1682.63 is what I will pay at the end of the 12 months. Not at all what was previously discussed. I already had to tow my vehicle at my expense due to failing retests & NOT due to alcohol content but to the breathing method used to start the car. It occured while I was on the 405. Manual says device gives you 5-15 min to get to pull over to safety but thats not always possible especially on Los Angeles' freeways.
