The sign up went well and the person who helped us was very nice. The big problem was after installation. The certificate was printed with the wrong birthdate, off by one day. The first person from customer service tried to help and fixed the date in the system, but didn’t know that a new certificate needed to be sent. My dad was working on this. The secondj guy wouldn’t talk to him or give any info he could talk to me or needed my permission to talk to him, I wasn’t with him and couldn’t talk at the time. What was frustrati... read more

They did an amazing job and customer service representative explained the breathalyzer to us was right on point she was able to answer all of my questions and was very thorough with the way she explained everything about how to use the device I definitely recommend them
