Johnny at RPM is knowledgeable expedient and overall the experience was a pleasure!
Dealing with RPM was a great choice as the customer service was great and the explanation of how to use my device was spot on. I never felt ashamed of having to get the device installed while talking to any of the personnel.
I just called to get prices and everytime i'd ask a question the lady would tell me if you'd just listen to me you'd get the answer. Very rude. I called because I had questions and if you don't understand what I'm asking I need to explain. Terrible experience. Seems to me she was trying to hide hidden fees. I'll call the next place.
