Let me tell you that this whole Intoxalock thing is super embarrassing and something I wish would have never happened back in 2012.. but the law is the law and if I want my driving privileges back then I’ll do what it takes! Mr. Kim was super nice!! Explaining everything to detail. Showed me how to inhale and exhale into the apparatus. He was kind and very reassuring.
