I love the is location and Neal is fantastic but y’all have GOT to train your 24hour customer service. They read from a book, they barely speak English. I get frustrated with them every time and I hate that cause they don’t deserve it. But when I am having a serious issue with my battery or any thing related to it, they can’t answer me and I get violations instead.
