He showed up after working hours and did great work with great attitude and still gave a discount for being a little late. The tech is amazing but the management is horrible, after another issue I encountered that I wasn’t warned about, I immediately reached out to find a way to get it fixed as soon as possible to get to work, first they fully stopped responding to me, then apologized and offered to make it up to me, which I appreciated. By far the worst experience ever. 1st impression tellea my wife he's not on our time after being asked why the interlock was going to take 3 hrs to install. Then no shows me two more times. Absolutely garbage Micheal was the person I'd avoid.
Fabian is great and responds quickly. He is very accommodating and would highly recommend!
