Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs
Well they used to be my service center for my into a lock and I used to love them. I moved to St. Pete so I changed service centers. I recently started working near them and was happy they would be close. The woman is incredible and very sweet. However today I left work early as it was my last day to have it calibrated. I arrived and it was locked, when I called some man said I had to call and make an appointment.
