If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly Intoxalock is not the place you want to go with. The secretary hung on me several times, and had quite the attitude. I wish A1 Interlock didn't move to another location. Because the other options that are left to choose from are expensive as hell and rude! I will definitely not be choosing Intoxalock Ignition Interlock.
The installation was great but the experience wasn't as i took 3 hours from the scheduled install time for the part to be installed. I was told that the device would be installed at the scheduled time, but 3 hours late was not acceptable. The mechanic was apologetic though which made up for the discrepency.
