I was quoted one price and then charged another. Daniel in customer advocacy reached out and honored the price I was quoted with a refund. He's been incredibly helpful.

Do not use Intoxalock... the sales people are horrible and you will not get the service you need. Sales person was rude and pushy and wanted the sale more than he wanted to answer my questions. Once I said I wanted to think about it, he hung up on me. He called me again (lol) days later and I told him I went with someone else (Smart Start - they're great). Hung up on me immediately.
