The experience went very well. I had to stay in the waiting area for about 4 hours so I read a book while waiting. The mechanic doing the installation kept me appraised of what was happening and approximately how much longer it was going to take. Once done he showed me how to use the device and explained how it would periodically require me to blow into it when driving. It’s a pretty easy thing to do and takes about 20/30 seconds. Chapin Automotive is a hidden gem for auto repair. They are easy to work with trustworthy and very efficient in repair work.
This company never showed up after my insurance company called them for roadside assistance. I would not do business with them in the future.
