DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid for my Intoxalock back in march and the sent me the wrong device so it had to be sent back. They then sent the right device with NO PAPER WORK (DL920). I then paid for about four months and , calling and trying to get my paperwork to get my license that was supposed to be sent right away and their customer service would just hang up on me or not helpful. First they told me the install would be $240 and then I show up or install it to the shop the sent me to and they tell me it’s $300 bc they sent a nice version instead of the one I ordered. Then I wait 4hrs to get it installed , only for them to tell me they sent us a defective broken one so I have to come back another time. So after 4 HRS i try to call or reschedule and they said id get a call and I have not got a call or anything yet. Just to wait another 4 hours to get it installed.
