I don’t understand the representative very well. There was a language barrier, and the service itself was terrible. I was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours and there was charges be the tow, and service department that was supposed to be taken care of by your company.
Very good and nice people and cheap Cost
The install was fine but they entered the wrong courthouse which wasted my time at motor vehicle for two hours since they denied my license. Now I have to wait two extra days till intoxalock fixes the paperwork. The installers never gave me the lease papers either now I have to wait at MVC again another several hours! Incompetence!
