The sales associate was definitely not as helpful as the resolution team member. After leaving a review, I was contacted immediately and my issue was taken care of. Make sure you communicate and ask lots of questions when you’re signing up with Intoxalock Customer service is not the greatest but their resolution specialist will get in touch with you if you have an issue
Very unreliable non-informative and try to sell you insurance. I did not recommend using them.

You don't have many options, but avoid this one. They have profession, but have no idea what's going on, at all. I have lost so much money unexpectedly already and these people come out of the woodwork with reasons to suck you absolutely dry. As if you're not already going through enough! God, I can't wait until this is over. Also, I'm hearing from mechanics that they will make it the hardest thing you've EVER done to get the device taken back out of your vehicle, so, looking forward to it. :)
