This company is deceiving and are extortionists! They did not explain all of the charges, lied about installation fees & then want to charge $2/ mo for a warming “glove” for cold months. NOT OKAY. The auto shop that installed mine literally said they have been trying to get “Fired” from the contract they are in because of Intoxalock’s shady business practices and nonexistent customer service.
My daughter has nothing but problems! This place is extremely hard to get a hold of! You can never get them to answer phone! Very poor customer service!
They did a great job and the service was amazing. Thanks for getting my truck in and out under the hours that was thought to do the job. Amazing
