The folks at Sound FX were awesome! The service center was clean, everyone was friendly and everything was explained to me.
At first my experience with the intoxalator was frustrating. I knew that if I didn't practice breathing I would have problems while driving. Well finally, I found the breathing technique that worked for me nearly everytime. With the advice and direction of the Intoxalock representative I was able to regain confidence in using the device. The company is there to help every step of the way.
