Horrible experience, I don't recommend to nobody
ALL The technicians at Sound FX on Bald Hill Rd ARE EXCELLENT. They're very respectful and professional and know what they're doing. All of my interactions with all of the technicians have been very pleasant. I highly recommend Sound FX.
horrible customer service and extra charges Update: besides horrible customer service, they even canceled my account while i have an active paid in full contract, they go out of their way... actually no, they don't care at all about you and just try to call them and get a actual person on the phone
