The people on site are lovely. The corporate customer service is HORRID. You'll get a different answer everytime someone new picks up the phone. If they make a mistake on your account they take forever to fix it and they only apply a credit to your account. I literally hate having them. They make everything 10xs more stressful. If you have a court order, please shop around. This is not your only option for an interlock device.
I first got there I was frustrated and didn't know if I wanted to use this company but the young man up front explained everything to me and the installer told young man to shoe me a vedio and it went well from there Mr Wally the installer covered all my questions I had before I ask awesome Customer care.
These guys always do a good job,get me in and out quickly.
