Had issues with my original service center and switched centers and was dealt with professional staff and problems resolved! Impressed and satisfied with their capabilities!
My device sets off fault codes for "early start" for no reason. This usually happens while driving with no warning from the device. Customer service has not been helpful and have charged $75 each time to reset the lockout even though these lockouts happen through no fault of mine. It has cost me several hundred additional dollars at this point.
