Don’t trust the guy your car will mess up. Intoxalock is a terrible company. Do yourself a favor and get the other brands and just pay the upfront fee
Hour late and charged me $600 to install interlock
(Update at the bottom) Everything with the device has been fine until today. I checked my account and I have a balance. I was initially told by Reyna that installation and shipping and everything else would be free. After the initial install, 2 weeks after, I would be charged. And now the device says my battery is low? That battery is not even 2 months old. You can't get a hold of anyone and they are not helpful if you finally do get someone. The technician got his dirty hand prints all over in my car and it looked terrible when he was done. Extremely rude and barely speak English.
