I can't speak with a live person, I was told my installation fee was waived and my first two weeks would be waived. I have a bill for $130 that I can't speak with anyone about. I have changed my review I was contacted personally by the social media expert at this company his name Isias he confidently and promptly corrected all of my issues. I was only two blocks away from the installation shop and I was instructed to blow again, however I was not able to blow as hard as the device wanted me to blow and I was locked out. I still haven’t been able to blow hard enough to get my car started and it’s been 5 days.
They were very quick with their service! I loved also that they were very friendly and reliable. They were helpful in everything I needed in getting the interlock in my car and instructed me on how to use it. I feel way less nervous now.
