I was initially told by Reyna that installation and shipping and everything else would be free. After the initial install, 2 weeks after, I would be charged. You can't get a hold of anyone and they are not helpful if you finally do get someone. The technician got his dirty hand prints all over in my car and it looked terrible when he was done. Extremely rude and barely speak English.
The guy was poor with his explaining and did nothing to show me how to use this device. He told me to download a QR code and when I did it was in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. Then he tells me to read the packet. After I left I got a few blocks away and the machine starts beeping and I had no idea why. So I went back and told him and he blew into it and got it going
This has been the worst experience ever a truck is still parked since activation
I was told my services to install would be waived due to a "promotion" and then after I set up my account on the app the day of installment I have a overdue balance of 151.43 to pay when I just got on and was told to only pay $51 dollars and change every two weeks. If I've known they do me dirty like this i would have went another direction for sure. Only had this thing for two weeks..... how!? Make it make sense.
