Your people don’t know what they are doing or talking about. I’m sitting here with CO dmv with my paper work and your csr’s are telling the dmv they are wrong.
Intoxalock calibration in and out excellent service affordable
The DMV has given me more useful information and knowledge than anyone can in your call center. Your customer service department lacks basic knowledge OR how to even obtain basic information. I have been mis-lead, uninformed and had money withdrawn from my account without my knowledge - MULTIPLE TIMES! Seriously, stay away from this company. -100/10
Was very happy to get his call , the gentleman who deed follow-up on me was very polite and was replying all of my questions to guide me best ( tho’ it was noisy from my side) .. helped me a lot . Thank you
This company and service providers suck. I was charged $400 the first week because the unit was faulty and lockouts. Was told it would be refunded and it wasn't. Paid the early termination fee on a contract that was never signed. Cancelled my card because I suspected they would continue charging me which they did even though I paid to cancel the service. C.O.M. interlock is a greedy bas**rd as well. Go to SmartStart.
