Very smart guy and super helpful. He answered all my questions and even sold me on a plug and play stereo for one of my cars .. I want to put this alpine dec into all my cars and trucks now. Also I set up subwoofer myself so it’s nice to go to a place where quality parts and wire are sold . Quality over quantity!!!!!
Good and friendly service
Overall, my experience was barely satisfactory. I mean, the device worked I guess but sometimes it seemed faulty, where I would blow (and blow hard) yet it would error out so I’d have to do it again. And having to do this while driving is very dangerous. My customer service experience was definitely unsatisfactory.
