I started this whole process with a different company, I showed up for my installation 2 different times, they didn't have the unit there to even be installed or had they sent a work order. What a nightmare, especially considering I still have to get a ride, and be a pain in someone else's rear, the company that was subcontracted to do the install actually referred me to Intoxalock.
