DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Use anyone but them. My car was damaged by the device and I was promised a refund from John Worsky and have yet to receive the entire amount. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone. This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever had to deal with. I have hired an attorney because they keep giving me the run around.
Got to this place for installing took 4 hrs to do that they broke my Steering column told me that there boss would call me Monday morning about it haven’t heard anything from him Friday will 7 days if I don’t hear from he then I guess I will be calling my lawyer this was an awful experience
Find another solution. We are a repair center and needed to work on a Intoxalock controled vehicle. There is no way to bypass the system for vehicle repairs. It had to be towed to the Intoxalock center to be reset. Horrible customer service. Trying to get a person on the phone was next to impossible.
Very helpful staff and after getting used to the device it isn’t too bad
