Chris and the team have been so helpful! I got an interlock device installed in my van and they were very thorough with communicating instructions to me and stressing the importance of it. Aside from the install I had several issues with my van (not caused by Bertino, caused elsewhere) and they were so kind to inspect and diagnose without charging me.
