Although some of the people that work for intoxalock are very kind the product itself it's extremely faulty. I don't blame the people that work for them. It's not their fault. They are trained to do a job and they're doing the best they can like all of us. But the CEO or whoever makes these things have 0 incentive to make sure things run smoothly and in a fair way.
