My device continuously shut me out of my vehicle prematurely and stated my device was not serviced in time when my next service date was months out. Their representatives tried blaming it on the weather stating the heat cause it. That’s was false, it did it in the winter as well. The device also drained my battery costing me a new one and Intxl still charged me the lockout fee on the device when it was their fault.
