The shop folks were excellent. Very informative. I do not place any blame on the shop for the experience with Intoxalock and the lack of customer service by Intoxalock. The guys at D&S Auto Sales were amazing.

This has been a nightmare. Absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. First took off a day of work for the installation, part didn’t come, then when it did the installer left for the day. The make up appointment after missing a full days work, was set for 9:30 Am, at 1:00 after my car wasn’t even brought into the garage yet, I waited long enough and left them my car.
