I am a customer of them of into locks and I was supposed to have my calibration done today which is today’s date and they are not here and my calibration is due and I spoke to them and they are very unprofessional and I need my car service. I will be contacting and talk to Lock myself. It seem like no one is here and this is a beat up place. Dealing with your support team is a joke no one even know what they talking about tell you it’s this then it’s that then send something you don’t have to nowhere but call and confirm with penndot what they don’t know so just call sit on hold and guess We’ll the lady that called to help was very nice apologize and said all is good and gave a credit for the hassle so hope from here on be better communication
