The guy was 1/2 hour late. Then he only took cash. They are only available after 3 pm He didn’t explain that after you shut the car off you can still need to be tested so I got a lockout on my first day. Also the place is filthy. I contacted Intoxalock and I am switching providers and notified them of my experience. DO NOT GO HERE.
Worst company ever. You can not get through to speak to anyone. Never gives you a call back when you text them. You just get someone who keeps saying the same thing over and over. They are not answering any of your concerns. Do not recommend them to anyone.
