Long wait times on phone. One rep "Tony" yelled at me that there was nothing wrong with my Intoxalock box, car towed. Box was indeed inop! Terrible expierence again and again! Interlock device did not function properly. At least 11 TIMES tested/passed/car wouldn't start!!. Sometimes waited 20 minutes, sometimes over an hour, would retake test and the car would start. Traded for another box - same problems. Annoying! Terrible
Ran into a few issues at first but was contacted and issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.
