I was lied to, they took more money out of my bank account than what was agreed on and next to impossible to get ahold of someone once you purchase and when you do get ahold of somebody there overseas and you can’t understand them!!! Once you purchase they will not let you talk to the person/facility you originally called stating “it’s because it’s state regulated and that won’t be possible ”. This is a review in dealing with Intoxalock. Not the local provider who installed the device. It’s an awful company as far as customer service. I had to have my engine replaced in my car. Reported the maintenance to Intoxalock. During the maintenance the device was disconnected. When I contacted Intoxalock I was treated as a criminal. Then transferred to someone who said he would waive the reinstallation fees. Didn’t happen. So had to pay for a whole new reinstall which is over 400 dollars.
