Unit works fine. Haven't been in for service yet. Installer broke my hood release and emergency brake is now loose. Installation tech didn’t say anything following the service. Review is only focused on installation and poor communication from the technician.
Initial issue, but good customer service in the end. There was a misunderstanding about some fees at the beginning that should have been explained more clearly. After I raised the issue, Intoxalock reached out and resolved the issues. I appreciate them making it right and hope they continue improving how fees are explained to customers upfront.
They did a great job with installation and explaining how it works.
